1. Receipt from the store

2. Stamp on customs

Traveling outside the European Union at the border it is necessary to show the purchased goods(s), passport, receipt(s) for the purchase to the customs officer. The customs officer will put a stamp on the receipt of the goods, confirming the export of the goods.

3. Receiving the money

Provide the receipt of the goods with customs stamp and passport in the nearest Global Blue office. Money will be returned to your personal card or in cash.
