The prices in the listings are in euros per 1 unit of the product. Before placing an order, we kindly ask you to review the purchase terms on our website.

Where and when can you collect the product?

You can collect the product:

in Tallinn - directly at our branch located at Vesse 4, Tallinn. In the listing of a specific product, the location will be shown as Vesse ladu or Vesse.

Working hours of the branch: Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM (during the season); Sun – closed.

You can also collect the product at any of our branches when the product is available. Our manager will contact you. You can find out warehouse working hours by calling any contact number listed on the website.

Please note that when ordering out-of-season products (summer tires in winter and vice versa), delivery may take a little longer due to limited access to certain items in the warehouse.

Can you receive the product in other Estonian cities?

Yes, we can deliver the product to other cities in Estonia via a courier service. When ordering courier delivery, you will receive the product at the address you provided. Delivery time by courier is 2-3 working days.

Shipping costs are not included in the product price!

Delivery to mainland Estonia is free.

Delivery to islands is paid. The cost depends on the quantity and size of the wheels.

Please note that the indicated delivery times do not include the time for the product to reach the shipping company, which can take 1-2 working days (if the order is placed before 3:00 PM on a working day), if the product is at the Ladu warehouse; 1 working day (if the order is placed before 3:00 PM on a working day), if the product is at the Vesse branch (Vesse 4, Tallinn).

Can you receive the product in Finland?

Yes, we can deliver the product across Finland.

Free delivery is available only when collecting the product from our branch at Valokaari 10, Helsinki, 00750.

Paid delivery applies to home deliveries across Finland and to pickup points in Lahti and Espoo.

Delivery to the pickup points in Lahti and Espoo depends on the number of tires. For detailed pricing, please check the Terms of Purchase.

Can you receive the product in another European country?

Yes, we can deliver the product to other European countries via a shipping service. Delivery time depends on the distance and is discussed individually in each case. You can check the shipping costs here.

Explanation of location terms in the listings

Vesse or Vesse ladu – the product is at our branch located at Vesse 4, Tallinn.

Ladu – the product is at another warehouse. Delivery to the Vesse branch (Vesse 4, Tallinn) will take no more than 1-2 working days. You can also order delivery via a shipping service or courier. Direct pickup from the Ladu warehouse is not possible.

Tellimisel 2 päeva – the product can be ordered within 2 working days.

Tellimisel 3 päeva – the product can be ordered within 3 working days.

Tellimisel – the product can be ordered. The exact delivery time needs to be confirmed with the seller or via email.

If the customer wants the product delivered by courier or to another branch, an additional 1-2 working days are added to the delivery time.

How to check product availability?

The product availability is indicated in the "Location" section of each listing. Please note! You cannot purchase just one item from a pair (2 pcs.) or a set (4 pcs.). For example, if there are 2 units of the product available, you cannot buy only 1 unit. Single items can be found and purchased in the "Single Tires" section on the homepage.

Do you sell single tires?

Yes, we sell single tires. You can find and purchase single tires in the "Single Tires" section on the homepage.

What are repaired tires?

Some used tires require repairs. We use patches to ensure longer and safer use of the tire.

Repaired tires also come with a warranty.

What does the "REM" marking mean?

REM means a repaired tire. These are new or used tires that have been repaired (patch, plug, vulcanization) for safe continued use.

In most cases, the price of repaired tires is lower than that of other tires in the same category.

What does the "DOT" marking mean?

DOT indicates the tire's manufacturing date. For example, if the listing states DOT 13, it means the tire was manufactured in 2013; DOT 12 means it was made in 2012. The older the tire, the lower its price.

What does "Demo tire" mean?

If the listing shows DEMO as "yes," this means the tire is new, but after testing, it was removed from the rim. Its mileage is no more than 50 km. DEMO tires come with a warranty, but their price is lower compared to new tires.

What does "Nagu uus" mean?

Near the tire description, you might see the phrase Nagu uus / Like new. This means that the wear of this tire compared to a new one is no more than 1 mm, or it may have small signs of use (scratches, scuffs, etc.), which do not affect its technical characteristics.

Can you get a discount on tires?

Yes! Prices for tires online are lower than in our branches. By purchasing online, you save our time and, as a result, your money!

You cannot receive a discount by phone, email, or in branches!

Does the price of the tires include installation?

No, the price of the tires does not include installation. You can check installation prices on our website.

Retreaded or restored tires

Retreaded or restored tires available for sale are marked with the word "RETREAD." These tires are generally of lower quality (difficult to balance, short-lasting), but they are cheaper compared to new tires of the same specifications.

If you plan to use the tires for more than two years, we do not recommend purchasing retreaded or restored tires!

Examples of brands that produce retreaded or restored tires: Insa Turbo, Master, Wico, and others.

What is considered a new tire?

A new tire is one that has been manufactured within the last 5 years. It is important that the tire has been stored according to safety storage requirements during this time.

There are no age restrictions for tire sales.

Photos in the listings

Photos in the listings reflect the actual product. However, some photos may be illustrative.

When purchasing winter tires, please pay attention to the type of tire: studded or lamella. Some manufacturers provide universal photos. For example, the photo may show studded tires, but they are also available without studs (lamella).

What is the tread depth of a new tire?

There is no universal answer.

The tread depth of a new winter tire ranges from 8 to 10 mm, while for summer tires it ranges from 6.5 to 10 mm, depending on the manufacturer and model.

For low-profile tires (summer), where the height is 20% to 45% of the tire width, the tread depth is typically 6.5-7 mm.

For higher profile tires (summer), the tread depth is 7-8 mm.

For tires intended for vans and SUVs, the tread depth is 8-10 mm.

Is prepayment required for ordering tires?

Yes, prepayment is required. When ordering tires through the Rattad24 website, you can choose prepayment as a payment method or make it directly at our branch Vesse (Vesse 4, Tallinn). The prepayment amount depends on the price of the selected tires.

Can tires be purchased in installments?

Yes, it is possible. Select the product, add it to the cart, and at the payment stage, choose the option "Installments."

Can I pay the courier?

No, delivery is only made with prepayment.

Can I reserve tires?

Yes, you can reserve tires. Prepayment is required, and the amount depends on the price of the selected tires.

What if you paid for the product, but it is out of stock?

Unfortunately, this sometimes happens. If the product is no longer available, we will inform you and offer an alternative. If the alternative is not suitable for you, we will refund your money.
